Returns & Exchanges

At FL Workwear, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
